UFISHPRO SL would like to inform website users as to its policy concerning the protection and processing of user and Client personal data that may be collected on its website. In this respect, UFISHPRO guarantees compliance with the regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data, reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on the Personal Data Protection, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 dated 21 December, by which the Implementing Regulation of the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection is approved. The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on Personal Data Protection, we would like to inform the user that personal data that the user provides through the website or by e-mail may be included in an automated file owned by UFISHPRO, which has been Registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Data collection, processing, and purpose

UFISHPRO is required to inform users as to possible personal data collection that its website may carry out, be it by sending an e-mail or by completing forms included on the website. In this sense, UFISHPRO will be considered as the party responsible for the data collected via the means described above. In turn, UFISHPRO would like to inform users as to the planned purpose of its data processing: Handling requests made by users, including them in contact databases, providing services, managing commercial relationships and other purposes, operations, processing, and technical procedures that are carried out in an automated or non-automated manner, and those that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer of personal data, as well as other actions affecting personal data, are considered to be personal data processing. All personal data that is collected through the UFISHPRO website, which is thereby considered to be personal data processing, will be incorporated into files that UFISHPRO has presented before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Communicating information to third parties

UFISHPRO would like to inform users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, unless said data transfer is the result of a legal obligation, or when the provision of a service involves the need for a contractual relationship with an entity responsible for processing said data. In this last case, data transfer to a third party shall only be carried out when UFISHPRO has obtained the user’s express consent.

User rights

Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December on Personal Data Protection grants those interested the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. Insofar as user personal data is processed by UFISHPRO, users may exercise their right to access, modify, cancel and oppose said data in accordance with the legal regulations in force regarding the protection of personal data. In order to exercise these rights, the user must send written notice, including documentation that accredits their identity (National ID or Passport), to the following address: UFISHPRO, Street: Pº Mikeletegi Nº83 , Zip Code: 20009, City: Donostia-San Sebastian, Province: Gipuzkoa, or the address that replaces it in the General Data Protection Registry. Said communication must reflect the following information: The user’s first and last name, the request petition, the user’s address, and identification information. The user alone may exercise these rights. However, they may be executed by a person authorized as their legal representative. In such case, documentation supporting this representation of the interested party must be provided.
